On Saturday, January 6 two of LEE’s football players, Jayden Bryant-Penn and Josh Wayne, participated in the 2024 San Antonio All-Star Football game, at the Alamodome.
The top football players from high schools in San Antonio competed at this event, and Roan Elementary school accompanied the Taft Raider band during the Halftime performance.
“My favorite part was the halftime show with the little elementary kids,” Robert Martinez (9) said.
The students were split into two teams, White and Black, and the White team won 25 to 7.
