This year’s NESA production of Steppin into the Holidays was a wonderful experience and production. With palpable passion from the dancers and those behind the scenes, everyone came together to create a fun atmosphere with an even more lively performance.
The dancers were the absolute stars with amazing contributions from those who ran lights and music, everyone knew exactly what to do with confidence you could see on stage. The routines were well choreographed with advice and technique from a very talented former Rockette who comes and helps the dancers through their routines.
“I loved the welcoming community that the set and dancers created,” said Adelyn Foglio (10). With packed audiences for all three nights of performance, people were more than happy to support our dancers and school. Cheers only got louder as the night went on with enthusiasm for each and every act. This show was without a doubt a fond memory for everyone in attendance.
The ensemble took classic holiday songs and added remixes or their own artistic touches to their moves. With slower movements to more upbeat hip-hop, they touched all the bases without a dull moment. Give our dancers and crew a round of applause for their incredible performance.
